학계에 들어선 변호사들은 변호사를 규율하는 직업규정과 교수에 적용되는 윤리기준 사이 충돌 가능성에 직면한다. 이 논문은 미국변호사협회(ABA)의 Model Rules of Professional Conduct과 미국대학교수협회(AAUP)의 윤리 규정을 비교한다. 이를 통해서 정책들 사이 부조화를 탐색하고 대안을 제시할 것이다.
